The Garmin G1000 A320 offers Training Mode, which enables a continuous data stream from the Garmin GNS 850®, GNS 530S, GNS 530A, or GTN530, to store and re-play a vast library of professionally-produced realistic flight profiles. It also includes synthetic training aids and offers low-trim capability in FTC. The G1000 A320’s Mode C chart and GIS capability provide pilot's ability to simulate all modes of the G1000 integrated navigation system including NDB, ILS, VOR, Terrain Following, etc.
The Garmin G1000 A320 (with autoland enabled) includes onboard Overlaid Visual Displays that allow high precision flight navigation and descent profile presentation using the Garmin GNS650. With “Integrated AVDF” you can view GNS combined with the A320’s own flight instruments, such as the primary flight display (PFD) and navigation display (ND), including flight path waypoints and other reference points, overlaid on the same visual screen.
The Garmin G1000 A320 has an Integrated Fuel Display. The G1000 A320’s Fuel Dispense Control Unit 1500/2100 features an integrated fuel tap for top off operation at the avionics panel and measuring main fuel tank fuel level.
The G1000 A320 integrated navigation system can be configured in autopilot-only mode as a central EFIS, with waypoint, route, and airport database functions. The G1000 A320 integrated navigation system can also be used as a stand-alone for backup, PAPI, ILS, GNSS, and ARN Mode C approaches. The G1000 A320 includes dual-polarized ADS-B Out transponder for flight following.
The G1000 A320 also displays Airport Departure Procedures (ADP), Approach/Departure and Instrument Landing approaches and localizer information. For example, the G1000 A320 features the ability to maneuver vertically to taxi in visual range to the runway at your destination. Planning your taxi in airports with a complex structure of taxiways is now easy. 7211a4ac4a
